She has worked in commercial, government and non-profit areas of psychology and education. She has given lectures and workshops on the human condition, from parenting, to dealing with difficult clients . Of particular importance is her firm belief that we can navigate our life course most successfully with self-awareness.
Philosophy
With self-awareness and accountability we can fix our ‘half’ of any situation. Psychological counselling is not a mystery. It is merely a set of tools and techniques to expand ourselves. We can have a good deal of control and flexibility once we fully accept this. A major milestone or problem can be viewed as the motivating factor to developing greater skill, strength and happiness in ourselves. |
